Most of my products are made to order and are shipped from various hubs around the world. This allows me to offer a wide array of items and a full range of sizes, all of which can be delivered worldwide.
Order timeline
❶ After placing your order, it will typically be produced and despatched within 2 days, though it may take upto 7 days in some circumstances.
❷ Once despatched, most deliveries take 3-10 days. This is, however, subject to which country the order is shipping to, the local customs process and the respective courier.
I endeavour to complete all orders as quickly as possible, but ask that you please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, from the day you place your order, before enquiring about its whereabouts. You can rest assured it's in safe hands and will arrive to you as soon as it's ready.

Returns policy
As the majority of my products are made to order - i.e. produced specifically for each customer, to their size and spec - unfortunately I do not accept returns.
